On the 26th of April 2007, GarsCom was officially instated as a Section 21 Company and inaugurated the first Board of Directors.
They are a group of motivated and dedicated individuals who always walk the extra mile, who always have a hand to lend and who are fulfilling the GarsCom dream of being a friendly and safe community. They are the heart of the organization, keeping the interests of the people who reside within the borders of GarsCom at the root of everything they do.
